What our fees include
For families enrolling more than one child , we offer the following discounts.
Enrolling 2 children = 5% tuition discount for each student
Enrolling 3 children = 10% tuition discount for each student
Enrolling 4 or more children = 15% tuition discount for each student
Late Payment Protocol
Reminders will be sent to parents or guardians if fees are not received on time. After 3 reminders, IWS reserves the right to refuse admittance or withdraw a student from the school. Overdue and unpaid accounts will be escalated to the finance team.
Withdrawal of Admission from IWS
To remove a student from IWS, a written notice must be given at least half a term in advance. This notice should be emailed to admissions@iwsonlineschool.co.uk by the first Monday of the prior school term. The notice will then be valid until the end of the following half term. We don’t accept other forms of notification, like voicemails.
For clarity, if no notice is provided by half a term before the term’s final planned class day, we’ll assume the student is staying on for the next half term.
